Open Positions:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform visual inspections for common defects (cracks, warping, flash, contamination)
  • Use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions
  • Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions
  • Assemble multiple components into final or semi-final products
  • Verify part numbers, material types, and revisions match job specifications
  • Document inspection results clearly and accurately
  • Identify and tag nonconforming parts; escalate issues to Quality or Production Leads
  • Maintain detailed production and inspection logs
  • Perform basic machine operations if needed (e.g., trimming, pressing, minor adjustments)
  • Support team members in meeting daily production targets
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
  • Follow all company safety policies, including PPE usage
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Basic understanding of measurement and tolerances
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and inspection instruments
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8–12 hour shift (lift up to 50 pounds)
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in injection molding, plastics, or general manufacturing
  • Experience with basic quality systems (such as ISO standards)
  • Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) or basic quality reporting
Work Environment:
  • Manufacturing floor (exposure to noise, heat, plastic odors)
  • Requires standing, walking, and light lifting

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update 3D models and 2D drawings based on design concepts and specifications
  • Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings including dimensions, tolerances, and material specs
  • Work closely with engineers, toolmakers, and production staff to ensure models meet requirements
  • Revise models and drawings based on feedback or design changes
  • Organize and maintain CAD files following company standards
  • Assist with design for manufacturability and support tooling design
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams about changes, improvements, and issues
  • Support prototype builds and help troubleshoot design issues
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years experience with CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of drafting standards and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in plastics, injection molding, or tool design
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Experience with PDM (Product Data Management) systems
Work Environment:
  • Office setting within a manufacturing facility
  • Occasional visits to production floor or tooling shop
